Location, routing and allocation decisions in supply chain management philosophy is undoubtedly one of the most important issues have very effect on the supply chain cost reduction and customer satisfaction. This paper presents an integrated approach to the distribution network. The objective functions of the proposed mathematical model consist of minimizing the total costs associated with transportation and warehouse rental costs and also minimize the risk of the system. The model has high computational complexity and the exact method of solving it is not possible in a reasonable time. To solve the proposed model a multi-objective meta-heuristic algorithm which, known as the objective harmony search algorithm is presented. To demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm in solving the model, algorithm parameters are adjusted in the best possible rates using the Taguchi method. Then a random sample of the issues generated and the performance of the proposed algorithm comparing with NSGA-ǁ and NRGA are evaluated

In the last decade, despite the extra importance of service and its increasing development in global and national economies, it has received less attention in comparison with manufacturing industries. The evaluation of performance in service organizations has always been one of the main challenges in this area. Parasuraman and colleagues’ five dimensional model is one of the most common models to evaluate the quality of service and was used in this paper to evaluate the service quality in CNG stations in Zanjan Province. In this paper, the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was also used to assess the relative service quality in 36 CNG stations in Zanjan province. Due to the high importance of service quality, it was considered as the functional output of CNG Refueling Stations. The number of employees, number of dispensers, fixed monthly cost, and monthly allocated credit to stations were considered as functional inputs of CNG stations. After obtaining the station’s rank, finally, the sensitivity of results was analyzed using the proposed method of Jahanshahlu and colleagues. Also, the results showed that the developed model of multi criteria data envelopment analysis has better performance than basic models.

Reverse logistics as a new approach and attitude in the area of logistics is one of the new trends in logistics management, recycling, and or reuse of products. Logistics network design in the forward and reverse mode is one of the most important issues that forms the strategic dimension of supply chain design. In this paper we propose a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model for reverse logistics problem. In the proposed model costs of facilities construction, transportation and procurement from suppliers are minimized and importance of suppliers are maximized. Since the proposed model is NP-hard, we use NSGA-II and NRGA algorithms to solve the problem.

Data Envelopment Analysis and Balanced Scorecard, are two common tools that have been used by many researchers for performance evaluation. But none of them investigate effectiveness of BSC indicators in efficiency evaluation. Due to complexity of mission and evaluation criteria for operating organizations in media industry, they want to know suitable indicators for effectiveness evaluation, also the role and importance of these indicators in organization efficiency. With responding to these questions, organizations can allocating resources and take decisions according to the importance of determined criteria. In this paper we purpose a novel and hybrid model of DEA and cooperative game theory to rank the effectiveness of BSC indicators in efficiency evaluation for iran media industry. Results show that (profitability ratio, size of audience, human resource satisfaction rate, accuracy in production, velocity of propagation and satisfied audience percentage) are respectively most important indicators. Therefore, with considering importance of criteria and resources constraints managers can take better decisions

Improving products quality and services is the best and most important factor to win competitors and get majority of the market share. In this regard, Failue mode and Effect analysis is an efficient tool to improve the quality products. Considering many criticisms to taraditional method, the risk priority number in FMEA is formed by multiplying of three factors (seveirity, Occurrence and Detect). In order to existing defects, a new method to calculate the risk priority number in FMEA based on data envelopment analysis method is introduced. The aim of this study is to provide a new kind of risk priority number by assigning different weights to each of the risk factors. Also according to severity, Occurance and detection numbers that are achieved by a team of experts and are not a constant and certain factor, in this research has been used Robust optimization because of covering the result of DEA and less complexity. The results of example indicate that, proposed model is more effective than traditional RPN and provide a full ranking.

One of the important issues in project management is project portfolio selection. Issue of project selection and related activities is one of the important activities in most of organizations, especially contract companies and developing project centered companies. Issue of project choosing is a periodical activity for choosing suitable portfolio from suggested projects or organizational in process projects which enforce organizational goals in a desirable manner , without spending additional sources or / and neglecting other limitations. . In project portfolio selection, the most important issue which bring up is that this portfolio should conclude which projects. As much as project portfolio selection be more advisable, fulfilment of organization duties would be more probable. In choosing this combination, distinguishing opportunities, assessing amount of project cooperation with goals and organization structure and expenses, profit analysis and project risks has a great importance.
In this research has been used from qualitative and quantitative assimilated approach for project portfolio selection. In a way that at first we use DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method to selection criteria and then with use Data Envelopment Analysis and criteria that selected in previous stage, calculate the efficiency for each project and rank all of them

This research investigates issues relating to facilities location whichcovers network design under the conditions of uncertainty and robuststate. In this direction a model is developed in which lack of certaintyis taken into consideration regarding parameters such as demand andvarious costs. Unlike the classical methods that the structure ofnetwork is predefined and is predetermined, the facilities locationmakes decisions with respect to the structure of the network. The discussed issue in many real and actual applications such as roadsnetwork, communication systems and etc does exist and locating thefacilities and designing the main network simultaneously areconsidered as important factors; therefore redesigning andoptimization of models which look for simultaneous solutions seemessential. There have been various strategies in the literature ofuncertainty optimization. Two of the most important strategies are the“Probabilistic Optimization” and “Robust Optimization”.This article employs the robust optimization to resolve the uncertaintyand the modelization arguments. Moreover using random samples, thedeveloped model is validated and for further mathematical analysis isutilized
